This study is Australia’s largest annual review of residential and commercial lenders and is now open for broker feedback. Now in its 17th year, the report is a major industry initiative, evaluating lenders across structural, cultural, and strategic dimensions.
Building on insights from Broker Pulse’s monthly experience tracker, this annual report takes a holistic view of the broker–lender relationship. It examines the end-to-end broker experience, including technology, personnel, service quality, industry support, and product offerings. The findings will form the 2026 Third-Party Lending Report — a diagnostic tool that highlights service quality trends, identifies gaps between expectations and delivery, and captures constructive, broker-led feedback to help drive meaningful improvement across the industry.
Each year, hundreds of brokers contribute to this research to help shape a stronger future for themselves, their peers, and their clients. This ongoing transparency and dialogue between brokers and lenders is critical to the continued success of Australia’s third-party distribution channel.
