This survey has been commissioned by Rockhampton Regional Council to help it understand the views of the local community. It covers a range of different issues, and most questions can be answered simply by ticking one or more boxes.

The survey is entirely voluntary, and you may stop and exit any time. It should only take 15 minutes or less to complete, and all responses are confidential.  

At the end of the survey, you can provide an email address to enter a draw to win one of seven $100 gift cards OR a family pass to the Rockhampton community musical, Disney's Frozen - The Broadway Musical, at the Pilbeam Theatre (a family pass includes tickets for two adults and two children). These email addresses will be separated from the remainder of the questions prior to analysis taking place and will not be provide to either Council or any other third party.

Survey completion deadline is 5pm on Friday, October 30th, 2026.
