This is a version of a national survey run by the Australian Government, which is specifically for residents of Brisbane. The information you provide may help Brisbane City Council to plan for our local community and support residents to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle at any age and stage of life.

In this survey, we are going to ask about sport and physical activity. It is just as important for us to hear from people who are not interested in sport as it is to hear from those who are, so please take this opportunity to tell us about your experiences.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, depending on your answers.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and the information and feedback you provide will be handled in accordance with The Online Research Unit's Privacy Policy. No individual will be able to be identified from the research results.
